Intellitech offers standard fluid path kit configurations for both the i-FILL Micro and the i-FILL pumps based on target fill volume.

Standard kits are a complete assembly of component parts required to transfer product from batch to container via the i-FILL pump.
The kits include predetermined tubing sizes and lengths, pump head/base combination, check valves, clamps and dispensing nozzle.
Kits are assembled and packaged in a controlled ISO-7 cleanroom. The lot number traceable kits contain USP-Class VI component parts, come double bagged, labeled with a gamma process indicator and a Certificate of Conformance.
